This is how every smplx. project runs — whether Foundation, Architecture+, or SEO. You always know what's happening, what comes next, and what's needed from you.
We listen before we build.
Week 1–2
Send us your request — brief or detailed, both work. We'll get back to you within 48 hours. Then there's a free intro call (30 min.) where we discuss your situation, goals, and stack. After that you'll receive a clear proposal with defined scope — no surprises later.
Structure before code.
Week 2–3
Before we write a single line, we define the architecture. Metaobject structures, data hierarchies, custom logic concept — all documented and signed off by you. Both sides know exactly what's being built.
Architecture+ only. Shortened for Foundation.We build — you see progress.
Week 3–8 (depending on package)
Development runs within a defined timeframe. You have visibility into progress at all times — no black box. Questions, feedback, and coordination happen via a shared Slack channel. No long email threads, no guessing about status.
You take over — with everything you need.
Final week of project
Final sign-off on the staging environment, then go-live. You receive complete technical documentation: architecture overview, custom logic explanation, admin walkthrough. After launch there's a stability phase — we're reachable for urgent fixes.
