What you get
Theme architecture analysis
We examine your theme's structure: section organization, template count, snippet reuse, code documentation, JavaScript quality. Is your theme properly using OS 2.0 features? Is there business logic in the theme that doesn't belong there? How maintainable is the code for future developers? You get a clear assessment and concrete improvement suggestions.
Core Web Vitals & performance
LCP, INP, CLS — the three metrics Google uses as ranking factors. We don't just measure the values, we analyze the root causes: Which third-party scripts are blocking? Which images aren't optimized? Are there layout shifts from missing dimensions? You get a Lighthouse report plus our interpretation — what the numbers really mean and what will have the most impact.
SEO & indexation
Title tags, meta descriptions, canonical URLs, Schema.org markup, robots.txt, sitemap, internal linking, heading structure, Open Graph tags. We manually review 10-20 pages of your store and assess the technical SEO foundation. Key focus: Is there duplicate content? Are all important pages indexable? Do redirects work properly?
App ecosystem analysis
How many apps do you have installed? What do they cost combined? Which ones are actually used? Are there apps that do the same thing? Which apps could be replaced by custom code — cheaper and more performant? We create a complete app inventory with cost analysis and consolidation recommendations.
Data model & scalability
Is your product data cleanly structured? Are you using metaobjects or still JSON strings in metafields? Is your tag system consistent?
